Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DARKSIDE KINGS CLOTHING. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you acknowledge all information set under this shipping policy page.

The delivery times provided for our shipping and returns are estimates only. All attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Delivery of DARKSIDE KINGS CLOTHING products within Australia takes between 1 to 5 working days based on your location within Australia but has been known to take up to 15 working days due to current events.

We carefully package your goods to avoid them being damaged in transit.

If, for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of your goods on delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

If you agree to the ‘Authority to Leave’ conditions, you are unable to claim on the products if they go missing in transit. If goods must be delivered a second time and there is no authorised person available to sign for them, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

The shipping address for your order is shown at the checkout and on your order. If an incorrect or invalid address was entered, address changes can only be made if the order you have placed is still “processing”. We will always attempt but may not be able to accommodate all address change requests. We accept no liability for any incorrect shipping addresses supplied by you and no refunds will be offered, should you provide an incorrect shipping address.

In the event of a natural disaster, we are not liable for any damages or replacements. We reserve the right to delay postage if we are aware of impacted areas to ensure safe delivery. You may also contact us to delay postage if the order is still “processing” although it is not guaranteed.

  1. General information
    1. Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames/zones and does not include order processing time.
    2. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 10am-4:30pm AEST.
    3. Orders can take up to three business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a promotion or launch in place.
    4. Tracking will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched
    5. In some instances, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
    6. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our team.
  2. Missing or Lost Package
    1. There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. DARKSIDE KINGS CLOTHING politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at [email protected] to report missing or lost packages.
  3. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
    1. We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
    2. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
      1. Standard Shipping
        1. The order will arrive within up to three weeks depending on location of Australia.
        2. Shipping will be calculated to adjust to your order.
      2. Please note:
        1. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
        2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
        3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
        4. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
        5. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
          1. Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
          2. Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
        6. Due to Covid lockdowns/restrictions, natural disasters, power outages, packages to and from our facility in Central Queensland, Australia may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
        7. We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
